Well, okay. Not ten years old. Just ten issues. Curio is still a toddler in the online journal world.
But, it’s finally up, and you ought to go take a look at http://curiopoetry.wordpress.com! We have seventeen poets in this edition, which I think is more than we’ve ever had before. Go see the fine poems by (deep breath) Laurie Barton, Jason Braun, Melissa Carl, Neil Ellman, Richard J. Fleming, Jim Kuperstein, Kathleen Brewin Lewis, John Middlebrook, Patrick Milian, Eileen Neary, Darrell Petska, Jessica Smith, Olivia Snellgrove, Denise Weuve, Gordon White, Elisabeth Wood and Barbara Young! (whew)
And we already have a stack of submissions to go through for the February issue. Tessa and I have talked about a thing or two on the horizon, several times, and being that 2013 is the year of Getting It Done, what better time to actually push those changes through? So hopefully there will be another post about the mag in the near future. Until then: please enjoy the poems. And please remember to wipe your feet.
Having survived re-location, upheaval, and storm, Curio is one tough little cookie.
